For the Pasta:
- Water for boiling
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 kg spaghetti pasta
For the Sauce:
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 head garlic minced
- 3 medium onions chopped
- 1 kg ground beef
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 packs 900g each spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup all-purpose sauce
- 1 can 240ml pineapple juice
- 1 cup banana ketchup
- 1 large carrot grated
- 1 large bell pepper diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 10 pcs hotdogs fried and sliced
Make the Sauce:
Heat cooking oil and butter in a pan. Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in tomato paste, spaghetti sauce, all-purpose sauce, pineapple juice, and banana ketchup. Mix well.
Add carrot, bell pepper, shredded cheese, and ground black pepper. Simmer until thickened.
Add fried hotdogs and mix gently.
Combine and Serve:
Set aside a portion of the sauce for topping.
Add the al dente pasta into the remaining sauce and toss until well coated.
Serve topped with extra sauce and shredded cheese.
