Manong's Hotcake

- ½ kg all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup powdered milk
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 pcs medium eggs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 ¾ cups water
- Few drops yellow food coloring
- Butter for brushing
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, powdered milk, baking powder, salt, eggs, vegetable oil, and water
Mix until smooth
Add yellow food coloring and stir until well combined
Brush with butter
Heat a non-stick pan or flat griddle over medium-low heat
Scoop batter onto the pan to form small rounds
Cook until bubbles form and bottom is golden, then flip and cook the other side
Brush with butter while hot and sprinkle more sugar if desired
