Instructions
Cut spinach wraps into pieces and fry in hot oil until golden and crisp; set aside.
Heat cooking oil, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add ground pork, season with paprika, cumin, turmeric, and black pepper.
Pour in water, add oyster sauce and sugar, then cook until mixture is dry.
In a saucepan, mix all-purpose cream, water, cheese powder, shredded cheese, and salt.
Bring to a low simmer then stir in slurry gradually until thick and creamy.
To assemble, layer fried spinach chips, pork topping, drizzle with cheese sauce, and garnish with onion, tomatoes, and lettuce.
Serve immediately while hot and crisp.
