Macaroni
- 1 liter water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 kg elbow macaroni cook according to package instructions
MeatSauce:
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 small onions chopped
- 1 head garlic minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 kg ground pork
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- Additional salt and pepper to taste
- 10 pcs hotdogs sliced
- 1 kg tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ cup all-purpose sauce
- 1 pc red bell pepper diced
WhiteSauce:
- 2 packs 250ml each all-purpose cream
- 2 cans 370ml each evaporated milk
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup grated cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- Slurry 3 tbsp cornstarch + 3 tbsp water
Toppings
- Grated cheese
- Chopped parsley optional
Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat oil. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
Add ground pork, season with salt, pepper, and oyster sauce. Cook until browned.
Add sliced hotdogs and sauté for 2 minutes.
Pour in tomato sauce, all-purpose sauce, sugar, and bell pepper. Simmer for 15–20 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Forthe White Sauce
In a saucepan, add all-purpose cream and evaporated milk, butter, grated cheese and salt.
Stir and mix in a low heat.
Add slurry and cook until thickened. Turn off heat.
Assembly(No Baking Needed)
In a large tray or pan, combine cooked macaroni and meat sauce. Mix well.
Pour the white sauce over the macaroni mixture. Spread evenly.
Top with more grated cheese and parsley.
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving so the sauce thickens.
