Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick 100g unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp annatto powder atsuete
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp beef powder
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 pcs giant freshwater shrimp ulang, cleaned
  • 3 –4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • Green onions chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Make The Flavor Base

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add butter and
  • Sauté minced garlic until golden and aromatic.

AddSpices and Seasoning

  • Stir in the annatto powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, beef powder, and Old Bay seasoning.
  • Cook for 1–2 minutes to blend flavors.

Cookthe Shrimp:

  • Add the giant shrimp, spooning the sauce over them to coat.
  • Cook for 3–4 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn bright orange and are fully cooked.

AddPineapple and Finish:

  • Pour in lemon juice and add the pineapple chunks.
  • Simmer for another 2–3 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  • Serve hot with steamed rice or as a flavorful seafood centerpiece.
