- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stick 100g unsalted butter
- ¼ cup minced garlic
- 1 tbsp annatto powder atsuete
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp beef powder
- ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 4 pcs giant freshwater shrimp ulang, cleaned
- 3 –4 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups pineapple chunks fresh or canned
- Green onions chopped (for garnish)

AddSpices and Seasoning
Stir in the annatto powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, beef powder, and Old Bay seasoning.
