Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 small tomato chopped
  • 1 small potato finely diced
  • 1 small canned unflavored tuna drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 –4 pita wraps
  • Grated cheese
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic mayonnaise for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Sauté garlic in oil until fragrant
  • Add onion and tomato, cook until soft
  • Stir in diced potato, cook until tender
  • Add tuna, season with salt and pepper, cook for 2–3 mins
  • Heat pita on a pan, sprinkle cheese on half
  • Add tuna mixture, fold and grill until golden
  • Splash with lemon juice before serving
  • Serve with garlic mayo on the side
