- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 small tomato chopped
- 1 small potato finely diced
- 1 small canned unflavored tuna drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 –4 pita wraps
- Grated cheese
- Lemon juice
- Garlic mayonnaise for dipping
Sauté garlic in oil until fragrant
Add onion and tomato, cook until soft
Stir in diced potato, cook until tender
Add tuna, season with salt and pepper, cook for 2–3 mins
Heat pita on a pan, sprinkle cheese on half
Add tuna mixture, fold and grill until golden
Splash with lemon juice before serving
Serve with garlic mayo on the side
