Ingredients
  

Pan-FriedShrimp:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • ¼ kg shrimp deveined
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Stir-Fry Vegetables:

  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ kg broccoli florets
  • 1 small carrot julienned
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 stalk celery sliced
  • 1 small red bell pepper sliced
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded

Seafood & Kikiam Batch:

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 10 –15 pcs kikiam sliced
  • 20 –30 pcs squid balls halved
  • 1 cup mixed seafoods imitation crab meat, fish balls, etc.
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 cups water

Noodles:

  • 454 g pancit canton
  • 454 g pancit bihon

Instructions
 

Cook the Shrimp:

  • In a pan, melt butter with cooking oil.
  • Sauté shrimp with a pinch of salt and pepper until pink and cooked.
  • Set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables:

  • In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  • Add broccoli and carrots, then pour in water, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
  • Add snow peas, celery, red bell pepper, black pepper, and cabbage.
  • Stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  • Return the cooked shrimp and mix well. Set aside.

Cook the Kikiam & Seafood Balls:

  • In a separate pot, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic.
  • Add kikiam, squid balls, and mixed seafoods.
  • Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper.
  • Pour in water and bring to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • Set aside the seafood and reserve the broth.

Cookthe Noodles:

  • In the same broth, cook pancit bihon first until almost soft.
  • Add pancit canton and stir until both noodles are fully cooked and broth is absorbed.
  • Return the kikiam, squid balls, and seafood to the noodles.
  • Add the sautéed vegetables and shrimp. Toss until evenly mixed.
