A refreshing Filipino cold treat made with sweet nipa palm fruit, juicy watermelon, and creamy milk—perfect for hot days or special occasions.

Cooking Tips:
• Use pre-chilled fruits and milk for a colder, more refreshing dessert.
• Adjust sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.
• Add the ice only when ready to serve to prevent diluting the flavor.

Ingredients Tips:
• Use firm, sweet nipa palm fruit (kaong) for the best texture.
• You can add other fruits like lychee or cantaloupe for variety.
• Use seedless watermelon to make it easier to eat.
