Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 cups nipa palm fruit
  • 3 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup green nata de coco drained
  • 1 cup red nata de coco drained
  • 1 can 370ml evaporated milk
  • ½ can about 190g condensed milk
  • Cracked ice as needed

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Drain the nata de coco to remove excess syrup.
  • Cube the watermelon and chill in the refrigerator.

Assemble the Dessert:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine nipa palm fruit, watermelon cubes, green nata de coco, and red nata de coco.
  • Pour in evaporated milk and condensed milk.
  • Mix gently until everything is well coated.

Serve:

  • Add cracked ice just before serving.
  • Mix again and serve cold in chilled bowls or glasses.
