Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg pork cubed
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp kalamansi juice
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ kg pork liver sliced
  • 2 tbsp kalamansi juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 large carrot cubed
  • 1 large potato cubed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 medium green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 5 pcs hotdog sliced and fried
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 pcs tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 liter water
  • 2 pcs dried bay leaves
  • 220 ml pineapple juice 1 can
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 3 pcs long green pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pc pork cube
  • ¼ cup raisins

Instructions
 

  • Marinate pork with soy sauce, kalamansi juice, and ground black pepper for 30 minutes
  • Marinate pork liver with kalamansi juice, soy sauce, and pepper, then set aside
  • In a pan, heat cooking oil and stir-fry carrot, potato, salt, and pepper until lightly browned
  • Add bell peppers, cook briefly, then set aside with fried hotdogs
  • In the same pan, add cooking oil, sauté onion, garlic, salt and pepper, and tomatoes
  • Add the marinated pork, cook until light brown
  • Stir in tomato paste, tomato sauce, and water, then add bay leaves and pineapple juice
  • Add oyster sauce and simmer until pork is tender
  • Add pork liver and cook for 5 minutes
  • Stir in tomato ketchup, cooked vegetables, and long green pepper
  • Add fried hotdogs, sugar, pork cube, and raisins, simmer until sauce thickens
