Ingredients
  

For the Beef Marinade:

  • 2 lbs beef thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove grated garlic
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

For the Stir-fry:

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil plus more if needed
  • ½ large onion sliced
  • 1 medium broccoli cut into florets
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp water
  • A pinch of seasoning granules
  • 1 –2 cups snow peas
  • 1 large red bell pepper sliced

Instructions
 

Marinate the Beef:

  • In a bowl, combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, black pepper, oyster sauce, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch.
  • Massage well and set aside for at least 15 minutes.

Stir-fry the Beef:

  • Heat cooking oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Pan-fry marinated beef in batches until browned. Set aside.

Cook the Vegetables:

  • In the same pan, add more oil if needed.
  • Sauté onion, then add broccoli, garlic powder, water, and seasoning granules. Stir-fry until half-cooked.
  • Add snow peas and red bell pepper. Cook until crisp-tender.

Combine and Serve:

  • Return the beef to the pan and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  • Serve hot with steamed rice.
