For the Beef Marinade:
- 2 lbs beef thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove grated garlic
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
For the Stir-fry:
- 2 tbsp cooking oil plus more if needed
- ½ large onion sliced
- 1 medium broccoli cut into florets
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp water
- A pinch of seasoning granules
- 1 –2 cups snow peas
- 1 large red bell pepper sliced
Instructions
Marinate the Beef:
- In a bowl, combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, black pepper, oyster sauce, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch.
- Massage well and set aside for at least 15 minutes.
Stir-fry the Beef:
- Heat cooking oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Pan-fry marinated beef in batches until browned. Set aside.
Cook the Vegetables:
- In the same pan, add more oil if needed.
- Sauté onion, then add broccoli, garlic powder, water, and seasoning granules. Stir-fry until half-cooked.
- Add snow peas and red bell pepper. Cook until crisp-tender.
