Egg & Cheese Quesadilla
Ingredients
- ½ tbsp cooking oil
- 1 egg
- 10 pcs spinach leaves washed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 1 pita wrap
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
- Crack in the egg, season with salt and pepper, and lightly scramble
- Add spinach and cook until wilted
- Place the mixture on one half of the pita wrap
- Sprinkle cheese on top and fold
- Toast on the pan until both sides are golden and cheese is melted
