Ingredients
  

  • ½ tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 egg
  • 10 pcs spinach leaves washed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese
  • 1 pita wrap

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
  • Crack in the egg, season with salt and pepper, and lightly scramble
  • Add spinach and cook until wilted
  • Place the mixture on one half of the pita wrap
  • Sprinkle cheese on top and fold
  • Toast on the pan until both sides are golden and cheese is melted
