Ingredients
  

For the Pasta:

  • Water for boiling
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 kg spaghetti pasta

For the Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp cooking oil
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 head garlic minced
  • 3 medium onions chopped
  • 1 kg ground beef
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 packs 900g each spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup all-purpose sauce
  • 1 can 240ml pineapple juice
  • 1 cup banana ketchup
  • 1 large carrot grated
  • 1 large bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 10 pcs hotdogs fried and sliced

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

  • Boil water in a large pot with salt and oil.
  • Add spaghetti pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Sauce:

  • Heat cooking oil and butter in a pan. Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in tomato paste, spaghetti sauce, all-purpose sauce, pineapple juice, and banana ketchup. Mix well.
  • Add carrot, bell pepper, shredded cheese, and ground black pepper. Simmer until thickened.
  • Add fried hotdogs and mix gently.

Combine and Serve:

  • Set aside a portion of the sauce for topping.
  • Add the al dente pasta into the remaining sauce and toss until well coated.
  • Serve topped with extra sauce and shredded cheese.
