Ingredients
  

  • 2 kg ground pork
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp liquid seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp plain mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp liquid seasoning for finishing
  • 2 tbsp calamansi juice
  • 1 tbsp butter for sizzling plate
  • 2 medium onions chopped
  • 1 small red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 pc egg
  • Mayonnaise and chopped green onion for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, season ground pork with salt, pepper, liquid seasoning, and garlic powder, mix well
  • In a large pan, heat oil, pan-fry the ground pork until golden brown and crispy bits start to form
  • Turn off heat and mix in mayonnaise, liquid seasoning, and calamansi juice, stir until well combined
  • Heat cast iron pan, melt butter, and add the pork sisig mixture
  • Top with chopped onions, red bell pepper, and crack an egg in the center
  • Let it sizzle until egg is half-cooked
  • Finish with drizzled mayonnaise and sprinkle green onions before serving
