Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup powdered milk
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 pcs medium eggs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 ¾ cups water
  • Few drops yellow food coloring
  • Butter for brushing

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, powdered milk, baking powder, salt, eggs, vegetable oil, and water
  • Mix until smooth
  • Add yellow food coloring and stir until well combined
  • Brush with butter
  • Heat a non-stick pan or flat griddle over medium-low heat
  • Scoop batter onto the pan to form small rounds
  • Cook until bubbles form and bottom is golden, then flip and cook the other side
  • Brush with butter while hot and sprinkle more sugar if desired
