Sukang Sawsawan
Ingredients
- 2 medium onions thinly sliced
- 1 head garlic crushed
- 4 pcs Thai chili chopped
- 3 pcs kalamansi juiced
- 1 cup vinegar + ¼ cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cucumber chopped
Instructions
Prepare the Base:
