Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium onions thinly sliced
  • 1 head garlic crushed
  • 4 pcs Thai chili chopped
  • 3 pcs kalamansi juiced
  • 1 cup vinegar + ¼ cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cucumber chopped

Prepare the Base:
