Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg sliced bacon fried in a non-stick pan (no oil needed)
  • 400 g spaghetti noodles cooked according to package instructions
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pack 62g cream of mushroom powder
  • 2 tbsp bacon oil
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pack 250ml all-purpose cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Grated cheese for topping
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fry bacon until crisp, set aside, reserve 2 tbsp oil
  • In a bowl, mix 2 cups water with cream of mushroom powder, stir until fully dissolved
  • In a pan, heat bacon oil, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant
  • Add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, cook until softened
  • Pour in cream of mushroom liquid, simmer until slightly thick
  • Stir in all-purpose cream and ½ tsp salt, simmer on low until creamy
  • Toss in cooked spaghetti noodles, mix until fully coated
  • Add crispy bacon (reserve some for topping)
  • Serve hot, topped with grated cheese and parsley
