A flavorful twist on classic nachos using crispy fried spinach wraps, savory ground pork, and creamy cheese sauce—perfect as a snack, appetizer, or party platter.
Ingredients Tips:
• Spinach wraps offer a healthier, flavorful chip alternative—store-bought or homemade.
• Cheese powder boosts cheesiness—use real cheese for extra stretch.
• Ground pork can be swapped with beef or chicken depending on preference.
• Fresh toppings add crunch and brightness—don’t skip the lettuce and tomatoes.

Cooking Tips:
• Fry spinach wraps in small batches to keep them crisp and prevent clumping.
• Let the pork cook fully dry to avoid soggy nachos.
• Use low heat when making cheese sauce to avoid curdling.
• Add slurry slowly to control thickness without over-thickening.
